At Caring Haven Uganda, we recognize that menstrual health is essential to girls’ dignity, education, and empowerment. Unfortunately, many girls in vulnerable communities still lack access to sanitary products, proper information, and supportive environments  leading to stigma, school absenteeism, and low self-esteem.
